Climbing Clothing Returns Last updated: January 2024

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:
– Your climbing clothing must be unused and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds:
– Climbing clothing with obvious signs of use
– Items not in original condition or missing parts
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process:
– Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
– If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:
– Check your bank account first.
– Contact your credit card company.
– Contact your bank.

Exchanges:
– We only replace defective climbing clothing.

Shipping Returns:
– You are responsible for return shipping costs.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
